VOCALOID 4!!
Vocaloid 4 is officially here!! Originally leaked by PowerFX, VOCALOID4 is the new successor to the VOCALOID3 engine.
The new engine allows the importation of VOCALOID2 and VOCALOID3 vocals, though VOCALOID2 vocals must have already been imported into VOCALOID3 for this to work.
New features regarding the engine.
Growl. Growl is the feature where it allows a vocal to apply on a growl-like property in their singing results.
Pitch-Snap Mode. This new optional mode allows you to easily render a vocal to be more "robotic-like".
Cross-synthesis. Allows someone to easily switch between two vocals of the same language and VOCALOID (cannot be from differen
These new vocals will be compatible for that engine.

That being said, V3 is still having new releases, so here are the upcoming releases:

Xin Hua - New Mandarin V3 from GYNOID. (Will be released on February 10th, 2015)


Yuezheng Ling - New Mandarin V3 from Shanghai He Nian. (N/A)


Zhanyin Lorra - New Mandarin V3 from Shanghai He Nian (N/A)
